Make your Mac OS X Screen Look Like a Photo Negative
Oct 23, 2008 I Uncategorized.All you have to do is hit the following keys and hold them down at once: (control)+(option)+(command)+(8). after you have done this your screen will appear as if it is a black and white photo negative.
To switch it back to Normal view just redo the key combo
